How long does production take?
Standard production time is 7-12 working days after sample approval. Rush orders can be completed in 5-7 days with express fees. Large orders (50K+ pieces) may take 15-20 days.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes! We provide free design mockups and free physical samples. You only pay express shipping (usually $25-45 worldwide). Sample production takes 3-5 working days.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer sublimation printing, heat transfer printing, screen printing, woven/jacquard, and embroidery. Each method has different advantages for colors, durability, and cost. We'll recommend the best option for your design.
Can you match Pantone colors exactly?
Yes, we have a color lab for Pantone matching. For woven lanyards, we can match 95%+ accuracy. For printed lanyards, we achieve very close matches but recommend physical samples for final approval due to material differences.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Absolutely! We're experienced with FBA requirements including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation. We can prepare your products FBA-ready and ship directly to Amazon warehouses worldwide.
