What is your MOQ for custom lanyards?
MOQ varies by style and printing method. Normal heat transfer printing lanyards, silk screen printing lanyards, MOQ is 100 pcs . Woven lanyards MOQ is 500 pcs , other special request MOQ will be different .
Which printing method is best for my logo?
Heat transfer printing offers the fastest turnaround time and can print any logo; it's also currently the most popular printing method among customers. For clients requiring very high quality and a unique tactile feel, jacquard or screen printing are preferred.
Can I customize accessories and safety features?
Yes, we have a wide variety of plastic and metal accessories in various shapes and functions for you to choose from and combine. Contact us for recommendations based on your needs. We also accept custom mold making for accessories in unique shapes.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. Before we start mass production, we will print the webbing and sew the finished product, sending you photos and videos for confirmation before proceeding with mass production. Of course, for very small orders, considering cost and production time, we will directly produce the mass-produced goods based on the confirmed design drawings.
How do you ensure quality consistency?
We run in-process and final inspections covering logo clarity, stitching reinforcement, and hardware assembly, plus testing such as tensile strength and color fastness when required.
