Please read these terms carefully before engaging with Guangzhou Lovecolour Co., Ltd. for OEM/ODM manufacturing services.

01. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of Guangzhou Lovecolour Co., Ltd. ("LOVECOLOUR", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for our promotional products (including but not limited to lanyards, wristbands, and keychains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all global clients, distributors, and partners.
02. Manufacturing Services
LOVECOLOUR specializes in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. Our capabilities include:
- Custom weaving and printing of lanyards and wristbands.
- Fabrication of PVC cards, card holders, and metal keychains.
- Large-scale embroidery and silk screen printing.
- Eco-friendly material sourcing (RPET, Bamboo, Organic Cotton).
03. Orders & Customization
Sample Approval: For all custom orders, LOVECOLOUR will provide a digital proof or physical sample for approval. Production begins only after the client confirms the design specifications (color, size, logo placement) in writing.
Color Matching: We utilize the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for color accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to different material textures (e.g., polyester vs. nylon) and printing methods (sublimation vs. silk screen).
Order Changes: Once mass production has commenced, changes to the design or quantity may incur additional costs and delay the delivery schedule.
04. Payment Terms

| Orders < $5,000 | 100% payment required before production. |
| Orders > $5,000 | 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. |
We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for samples/small orders), and Western Union. All banking charges outside of China are the responsibility of the buyer.
05. Shipping & Delivery
LOVECOLOUR ships worldwide from Guangzhou, China. Shipping terms are typically Ex-Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) unless CIF/DDP is requested.
- Lead Time: Standard production time is 10-15 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and factory schedule.
- Customs & Duties: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.
06. Intellectual Property
By submitting a design or logo to LOVECOLOUR for manufacturing, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the trademark or have express permission to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold Guangzhou Lovecolour Co., Ltd. harmless from any claims regarding trademark or copyright infringement arising from the production of your requested designs.
07. Warranty & Returns
We take pride in our ISO9001 and SGS certified quality. However, if you receive defective goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Resolution: For verified manufacturing defects, LOVECOLOUR will, at its discretion, either remake the defective items free of charge or issue a refund for the defective portion. Returns are not accepted for custom-branded merchandise unless defective, as these items cannot be resold.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
